TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Company/Products Information and Web Ads Material

1.1 The company/Product information and web ads material submitted by the Client must:-
a)  Comply with all relevant laws, by-laws, rules and regulations from time to time enforce in Malaysia;
b)  Comply with any advertising code or guidelines issued by any relevant authority from time to time and any amendments or revisions there to.
1.2 Material deadline submission of merchant account by client must be made not less than fourteen (14) working days prior to the Date of Launch

• Payment To Pigeon Fly Communications Sdn. Bhd All payments in cheque should be made payable to “Pigeon Fly Communications Sdn. Bhd”.
• In the event of any dispute regarding an invoice, the Client shall notify RTC within fourteen (14) working days from the data of the invoice, failing which, the invoice shall be deemed correct. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client may only withhold payment on the disputed amount only and shall be required to make payments on all other invoiced amount.
• An unsettled account under paragraph 2.1 above shall be subject to an immediate surcharge on a daily basis of 1.5% per month of such outstanding amount with effect from the last date by which it ought to have been paid.

• Delivery of Products and RED TOMATO CARD’s payment
• The client hereby agree that the products so ordered and paid for by the buyers, shall be delivered to the buyers within seven (7) workings days from the date of order.
• The successful sale transaction of the client’s Products, RTC shall pay by fortnightly basis, successful sales transaction between 1st and 15th of the month will be dispersed by 1st of the following month, and successful sales transaction between 16th and the end of the month will be dispersed on or before the 15th of the following month, pay the prices in accordance to the agreed price list from client. Account with large sales volume (over RM 20,000 fortnightly) can qualify for weekly transfers.
• It is also agreed between the parties herein that upon the successful sale transaction of the client’s Products, RTC shall pay the prices of such client’s Products in accordance to the agreed client’s price list.

• Others
• Client shall inform RTC in writing as soon as client foresees any possible shortage in the supply of the respective client’s Products put up at RTC web site.
• From time to time, client shall inform and update RTC with regards to any changes of products information listed in RTC web site and also the prices and promotions of client’s Products
• Pigeon Fly Communications Sdn. Bhdreserves the right at any time to review and vary the surcharge and/or the dates on which the surcharge should apply.
